"For over 15 years, I have been traveling from the San Francisco urban center to the Northern California wine country," says designer, Anna Rembold of Anna Marie Events. "The country fascinates me and brings a great sense of peace. I love the vineyards, the rolling hills, the food and wine, and the barns! But I am truly a modern woman at heart, so I wanted to design a wedding with a perfect blend of these two loves - modern and country."

Anna found the perfect backdrop at Triple S Ranch, with its massive 200-year old walnut tree, charming renovated dairy barn and backdrop of gorgeous rolling hills. Using the walnut tree as inspiration, Lisa Soloman and Paper Monkey Press paired the ultra modern aesthetic to create an invitation that spoke to both the magic of the country and the swank of the city.

The elegance and high fashion of designer Rosa Clara's gown from Nouvelle Vogue perfectly fit model-brode, Venita Collier. She wore a vintage 4-karat diamond ring from Ben Shemano Jewelry and accessories from Rosa Clara. The bride's beauty was enhanced by the incredible Sklya Arts Makeup & Hair, who gave her a timelessly modern look. Our model-groom, Justin Rutter, sported handsome embellishments from Bloomingdale's, Banana Republic, Hugo Boss, and a vintage Rolex watch from Ben Shemano Jewelry.

With a mix of lucite, glass, and metal, Anna Marie Events created a geometric, modern look to offset the vintage barn, country backdrop. A custom, lucite wedding favor display perfectly showcased the beauty of the Glassybaby votives. We love the give-back philosophy at Glassybaby, where 10% from every sale goes directly to organizations that support people in all kinds of need. Guests found their placecards on a custom-designed, seamless Lucite board that allowed the barn aesthetic to permeate the look, while delicate floral in geometric vessels added a pop of color and design.

Gorgeous floral from Soulflower provided just the right touch to soften the hard, geometric edges and brighten the otherwise cooler palette. The gorgeous walnut tree wasn't enough, so we tied the modern Lucite with the overflowing floral genius from Soulflower, enhancing the natural fall color of the walnut leaves. Vintage caf chairs from Bright Event Rentals tied it all together for an ultra modern country look.

The modern Mendocino table from Bright Event Rentals set the stage for the perfect wedding meal. Ghost chairs from Blueprint Studios, a geometric table runner from La Tavola Linens, and modern china from Calvin Klein created the modern al fresco scene. A variety of creative pastries from Crisp Bakeshop paired with the sleek buttercream wedding cake, created a gorgeous dessert display to tempt even the most savory of guests.

All of this beauty was captured by the talented Sandra Fazzino, wedding photographer extraordinaire. Her commercial photography background and years of experience "on-set" were the glue that held it all together.
